During our preparation process, it is not a problem if the building
does not have water spigots. We will a trailer mounted, hot water power
washers that are equipped with a 520-gallon water storage tank.
We can remove any rust stains, even if you are not planning to repaint
the entire building. After the building is clean, we are experienced
in making all necessary concrete or caulking repairs. Following this,
the building is ready to be painted and Chameleon Painting Company offers
a number of coating options from concrete stains, 100% acrylic paint,
elastomerics and even some solvent-based coatings.
