Quality Products.

At Chameleon Painters we always use the right product for the application. We plan ahead to ensure that your project will run smoothly once our crew arrives. There are a number of products needed to do a great job in exterior painting. These include compounding materials, caulking, primers, paints, trim, siding, and other specialty products. At your request we will inform you of the materials used on your job, and leave you any remaining paints for future touch ups.

Exterior Painting Preparation.

Beautiful results begin with expert and exact preparation. We come prepared to deal with various surface and sub-surface exterior conditions, including pressure washing all surfaces, sanding loose or peeling paint, repairing cracks and replacing siding and trim as needed.

Priming.

Priming and blocking water damage, bare wood and metals, and adding new siding when needed, is key to a long-lasting beautiful job. The correct primer for the application is always used. Priming may also be needed for color changes, discolored areas, mildew, and aged finishes.

Exterior Paint Application.

At the time of your estimate we will outline the application techniques that will be used on your project. These may include: Airless Spraying, HVLP/Canister Spraying, Rolling, and of course Paint Brushing. Our professional staff is trained in each technique and ready to paint your siding, doors, windows, brick, and anything you may want painted, or waterproofed, including decks.

Cleaning.

We prepare each area for the impact of the job, however there is always cleanup to be done upon completion. In all cases your jobsite will be swept clean and work debris will be removed from the site. Due to the nature of our work you should expect that there will be some dust remaining and may want to plan accordingly. Anything you can do to prepare for the painting event will always be appreciated.
