As a Chameleon Painters client you should expect the following procedures:
1. Soon after your initial request you will hear back from our office to schedule a time for your projects on-site consultation and free estimate.
2. A Chameleon Painters project manager or team leader, arrives at your home or office to provide a project cost estimate at no cost to you and with no obligation.
3. If your project requires the professional services of a designer or other outside experts, multiple meetings may be required to review and refine the project to see how we best fit in.
4. A contract and payment schedule will be provided for your review. Typically, we use a payment schedule to define payments upon a scale of completed project phases. We operate this way to ensure that our clients will not need to pay up front for work that they have not seen completed. Smaller projects will not require a payment schedule.
5. A Chameleon Painters truck arrives to begin work! At this time effective communication between contractor, client, designer, etc. is crucial to our work flow and the timely completion of your project. Your Chameleon Painters project manager will be available and ready to answer any questions you may have, you may be asked to make quick, sometimes on the spot decisions regarding changes.
6. A final “review list” is created near the end of the project in which you and your project manager outline the last details required for the satisfactory completion of your job.
7. The job site is cleaned of construction debris and you move in to your new space!
